      It does not matter if it is your first time or you already have the agency you need to start by filling our pre-registration form.

      After you submit the form our team will carefully review the information you provided in the Pre-registration form which takes less than 24 hours and if your business activity fits under the codes that we support we will accept it or if not, we will inform you about the reasons.

      After we approve: We will send you the Letter of Recommendation (Obaveštenje o registraciji sedišta privrednog subjekta) an PDF attached, along with the address details that you can use for your official business purposes, including applications to the relevant authorities such as the APR.

      After you receive the Letter of Recommendation (Obaveštenje o registraciji sedišta privrednog subjekta), you will have all the details which you need to fill in the APR form. Examples of form regarding company location Novi Sad or Belgrade

      After a few days, Government officials will post your company name on the official APR page.

      The day of registration will be the day that we start the contract. After we add all the data you will receive a digital contract with Adobe Sign, but we will also prepare the physical version of it, that you can sign in our office.

      After you submit the form our team will carefully review the information you provided in the Pre-registration form which takes less than 24 hours and if your business activity fits under the codes that we support we will accept it or if not, we will inform you about the reasons.If we accept your request you will be notified and you will receive the contract to sign. We need to approve your code activity (нам нужно утвердить ваш код активности).


      After you change it in APR (Business Registers Agency), please inform us to sign the contract.

      We are at the office from Monday to Friday. Working hours are from 9h to 17h.

      The billing period for the Virtual address service begins on the day you register your company at our address.

      As soon as we sign the contract with your “preduzetnik” we will send you the proforma invoice on your e mail.

      YES you can pay by cash, in our office. We don’t accept credit or debit cards for now. 

      In this case, we’ll issue the proforma invoice and you can come here to pay in cash, or you can pay through exchange (Menjacnica), after when you activate your bank account, you can continue to pay through your business bank account.

      Online payment (Raiffeisen Bank):

      No, you need to pay through your business bank account because we sign the contract with your legal entity.

      No, unfortunately you can pay only from your company bank account, because we sign the contract with you and we will issue the bill  with your company PIB number.

      When something arrives for you, we will scan it and send it on the same day on your email. The original will be stored in our office, you can always pick it up. 

      YES, you can print or scan documents, just write to us on whats app when you are coming to make sure that we are in the office at that moment.

      No, you can pay after you open your Company. There is no need to pay in advance.
