Yes, we have a Virtual address package.
Fill Out the Registration Form: To start the procedure please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM, which you will find near the top of this page.
Submission: Once you’ve filled out the form, click on the “Submit”.
Review Process: Our team will carefully review the information you provided in the registration form. (It takes up to max 24 hours)
Letter of Recommendation (Obaveštenje o registraciji sedišta privrednog subjekta): After a successful review, we will send you a (Obaveštenje o registraciji sedišta privrednog subjekta) along with the address details that you can use for your official business purposes, including applications to the relevant authorities such as the APR.
With a confirmation document (Obaveštenje o registraciji sedišta privrednog subjekta) you can open “preduzetnik” by providing APR this address for your company. Please inform us when you receive “Rešenje” from APR so we can sign the contract.
To start the procedure of address changing, please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM, which you will find near the top of this page. You will get the e-mail with the document (Obaveštenje o registraciji sedišta privrednog subjekta) where you’ll have information about the Virtual address which you can use.
After you change it in APR (Business Registers Agency), please inform us to sign the contract.
We are at the office from Monday to Friday. Working hours are from 9h to 17h.
The billing period for the Virtual address service begins on the day you register your company at our address.
As soon as we sign the contract with your “preduzetnik” we will send you the proforma invoice.
YES, you can pay by cash, in our office. We don’t accept credit or debit cards for now.

In this case, we’ll issue the proforma invoice and you can come here to pay in cash, or you can pay through exchange (Menjacnica), after you activate your bank account, you can continue to pay through your business bank account.
No, you need to pay through your business bank account because we sign the contract with your legal entity.
No, unfortunately you can pay only from your company bank account, because we sign the contract with you and we will issue the bill with your company PIB number.
When something arrives for you, we will scan it and send it on the same day on your email. The original will be stored in our office, you can always pick it up.
