As soon as we verify that your business activity fits our capacity, we will contact you with approval. APR documentation: Upon approval, we will send you a “Notification of Seat Registration” in PDF format. Official registration: Once you submit the documentation, the APR (Business Registers Agency) will publish your company on their official portal within a few days. Contract signing: The day of registration marks the official start of our partnership. We will send you the contract digitally via Adobe Sign for speed, and a physical copy will be waiting for you in our office to sign whenever you drop by.

How can I pay for the Virtual Address service?

You can easily settle your invoice via bank transfer (using your personal or business account), or by paying with card or cash right here at the office. You can also pay at your nearest local exchange office. All the payment details you need will be included in the invoice sent to your inbox.

Can someone else pay on my behalf?

Yes! A friend or representative can pay for you using their personal bank account, or in person (cash/card) at our office. Important: They cannot use a sole proprietor (entrepreneur) account to pay on behalf of your company. When paying from a personal account, please ensure they write your name or the invoice number in the payment reference.

When does the billing period for the Virtual Office start?

The billing period begins on the exact date your company is officially registered at our address. Once that happens, we will send the invoice directly to your email.

When and how can I sign the contract?

You can easily sign your contract online using the AdobeSign link sent to your email. Novi Sad location: If you require a physical copy, you are welcome to stop by our office on weekdays between 9 AM and 5 PM to sign in person. Belgrade location: Please note that all contracts for this space are handled exclusively online via AdobeSign.

When can I drop by Hubitat to sign the contract?

Our Novi Sad space is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

How long is the contract valid, and how can I cancel it?

The contract has no fixed end date. It automatically terminates if you move your company’s registered address to a new location, or if you officially close down the business.

When will I receive the invoice?

After you sign the contract, we will send a proforma invoice to your email address.

What happens if mail arrives for my company?

All mail that arrives for our Virtual Office clients is received, scanned, and emailed to you on the same day. We will securely hold the original documents and any packages at our office until you are able to come and pick them up.

Can I work from the office if I have a virtual address?

Yes! The Virtual Office package comes with 3 free days of coworking access (valid on weekdays, from 9 AM to 5 PM) at absolutely no extra cost.

Can I print or scan documents at your office?

Of course. You are welcome to come by during Hubitat’s standard working hours. If you need to print or scan a large volume of documents, please let us know via WhatsApp earlier in the day so we can ensure someone is available to assist you.
